Theatrical and EE of The Two Towers

Well the theatrical release of TTT will be out next month in August and I can't wait, but how many will be getting the EE of TTT in November? I know I will, but what do you all think about getting either or both of them?

I will definitely buy the EE of TTT in November. After I watched the EE of FotR, more specifically the director/producer commentary, I really want to hear TTT's comm. I'm weird like that.
